Authorities are investigating a fire in Linford that caused damage to several buses, suspecting it may be an arson attack.

The blaze occurred at a vehicle storage area on Muckingford Road shortly before 7pm on Friday, 5th June.

Essex County Fire and Rescue crews attended the scene and worked to control the fire.

Road closures were implemented while firefighters tackled the incident, which concluded just after 9pm, allowing roads to reopen.

So far, no arrests have been made, and investigations continue into several lines of enquiry.

Officials are appealing for public information related to the incident.
