Former Essex police officer to appear in court for driving offences
Former PC Adam Gardiner will appear at Exeter Magistrates Court tomorrow.
A former Essex police officer is due to appear at Exeter Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Wednesday 18th March) charged with motoring offences.
Former PC Adam Gardiner is charged with dangerous driving and drink driving.
The Crown Prosecution Service authorised the charges and follows an investigation by Devon and Cornwall Police.
Former PC Gardiner was arrested following an incident in Devon on the 21st of November 2025.
