Four arrested after disturbance in Harlow shopping centre

Police called to Asda following aggressive behaviour towards security staff

Essex Police have arrested four individuals following a disturbance at the Water Gardens shopping centre in Harlow.

At around 2.50pm on Sunday, 17th May, officers responded to reports of aggressive and verbally abusive behaviour towards security at the Asda store.

During the incident, two police officers and one Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) reported being assaulted.

A man and three women were taken into custody in relation to the disturbance.

Police have asked anyone who witnessed the incident or has footage to come forward.
