Essex NHS asks for feedback to improve services
A number of changes could happen
Mental health support in Essex could be about to change, with the NHS asking for public help to design a new service.
The aim is to bring all community mental health care together, so everyone can access the same support.
People can have their say by giving feedback online.
Mid and South Essex stated, their future aims of the service include.
"To make it easier for people to get help when they need it, reduce waiting times, provide consistent, high-quality support across all areas, offer more choice, including digital options such as online support and make sure care is sensitive to people’s experiences and backgrounds."
