Barrie and Scott Drewitt-Barlow charged with further sexual offences
Two men from Danbury, North Essex, are facing additional charges related to an ongoing investigation into human trafficking for sexual exploitation.
Detectives from Essex Police's Serious Crime Directorate revealed new charges following arrests last month.
Barrie Drewitt-Barlow, 57, is now charged with 15 additional offences, including two counts of sexual activity with a child and five counts of rape.
Also charged is Scott Drewitt-Barlow, 32, facing two counts of rape and one of causing or inciting sexual activity.
Custody and Court
The Drewitt-Barlows, residing in Southwood Chase, Danbury, remain in custody.
They are scheduled for their next court appearance at Chelmsford Crown Court on 22nd June 2026.
