Woman hospitalised after Laindon collision

A serious collision has occurred on the A127 at Laindon which has left one person injured.

It was reported a taxi and a stationary broken down BMW Z4 were in collision shortly after 8.05pm on Saturday.

A woman who was a passenger in the taxi was taken to hospital for treatment.

Essex police stated:

"We want to thank the public for their patience and are appealing for anyone who has information about what happened to come forward.

In particular we want any footage of either vehicle in the moments before the collision."
