David Bowie: You're Not Alone to be extended outside London

David Bowie: You're Not Alone, the new immersive experience which is a 360° multimedia spectacle, will now be extended beyond London. The original experience launched in London, in April 2026, with the opening attended by many celebrities, including Noel Gallagher, Boy George, Indira Varma, Gary Kemp, Damian Lewis, and more.
Following the success of the London experience, which has recently been extended until 10th January 2027, a new Manchester experience has been announced - due to start December, also running until 10th January 2027.
What is David Bowie: You're Not Alone?
The immersive experience brings together footage of David Bowie's performances and appearances, narrated by the late singer through archive interviews. The experience is brought to life by Lightroom, with the chief executive Richaed Slaney saying: "The response to David Bowie: You’re Not Alone has been phenomenal and we’re delighted to be able to extend the run in London and see it open in Manchester. The show offers the chance to feel the excitement of those groundbreaking performances, and get inside the mind of one of the greats."

A full description of it reads: 'It showcases some of Bowie’s landmark performances that redefined popular culture, using a mixture of iconic, rarely seen and never-before-exhibited material, selected from thousands of hours of film in the vaults of the David Bowie Archive in New York, from Space Oddity through Diamond Dogs and 'Heroes' to ★.'
Where will David Bowie: You're Not Alone be in Manchester?
It will be at Aviva Studios’ Warehouse, Water St, Manchester M3 4JQ.
When will it be available?
It will take place between 8th December 2026 and 10th January 2027.
How to buy tickets
General tickets for David Bowie: You're Not Alone in Manchester will be available from 18th June 2026 from the Factory International website. They are priced from £25 for adults and £15 for students and concessions.
