Police are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist was injured in a road traffic collision in Hull.

The accident occurred just after 11am on Saturday, 21st February, at the roundabout on Calvert Lane with Spring Bank West.

The collision involved a Mitsubishi ASX car and the cyclist, who was a 60-year-old man.

The cyclist was taken to hospital where he is being treated for serious leg injuries.

Authorities are conducting enquiries to determine the circumstances of the accident.

Witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage are urged to contact them.
