Two arrests and cannabis farm found after attempted burglary in Hull
A suspected cannabis farm with 150 plants was found
Two men have been arrested and a suspected cannabis farm has been found after officers were called out to reports of an attempted burglary in Hull.
The report was made yesterday (27 May).
A Humberside Police spokesperson said "Officers received reports of two men attempting to enter an address on Aigburth Avenue and were swiftly deployed to the scene.
"Upon arrival, officers located two men at the reportedly leaving the property, who were subsequently detained.
"A search of the address was then carried out, during which officers discovered a suspected cannabis grow containing approximately 150 plants."
The arrests
A 36-year-old and 38-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of burglary and cultivating a class B drug.
A scene guard is in place at the property.
The men remain in custody for questioning.
