Tributes paid to 59-year-old John Cartmell after South Cave crash
Humberside Police were called to the A1034 on Wednesday to reports of a collision
Tributes are being paid to a "loving son, friend and grandad" who died in a collision in South Cave.
Humberside Police say they responded to reports of a single vehicle collision on the A1034 on Wednesday.
A statement from the family of 59-year-old John Cartmell says there's "no words to express how greatly he will be missed".
“John was a loving son, father, brother, partner, uncle, friend, and devoted grandad who will be deeply missed by all who knew him"
“He was so loved, and he enjoyed nothing more than being with his family or playing a round of golf. There are no words to express how greatly he will be missed.”
Police say Mr Cartmell died at the scene, with his family now being supported by specially trained officers.
Anyone with dashcam footage from the A63 or South Cave around that time are being encouraged to speak with police on 101
