Three people arrested and cocaine worth over £13,000 seized in Grimsby

Police conduct searches on Sidings Road and Heneage Road

Two properties in Grimsby were searched by police, resulting in the seizure of cocaine valued at over £13,000 and the arrest of three people.

The operation was carried out by the Humberside Police's Kinetic Intervention Team and the Serious Organised Crime Unit, targeting addresses on Sidings Road and Heneage Road.

At Sidings Road, authorities discovered cocaine estimated at a value exceeding £10,000 and seized over £3,000 in cash.

A 43-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs. Both individuals have been released on conditional bail while investigations continue.

Meanwhile, at the Heneage Road property, officers found cocaine worth more than £3,000 and cash exceeding £1,000 cleverly concealed within roof tiles.

A 59-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and concealing criminal property. He has been released on conditional bail pending further enquiries.
