Police uncover suspected criminal activity on A164

Police in East Riding of Yorkshire arrested three men following a vehicle stop on the A164, Howden Road, Eastrington on the night of 28th July 2026.

The Kinetic Roads Crime Team intercepted a vehicle suspected to be linked with criminal activity.

Upon conducting a search under Section 32 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE), officers discovered a large sum of cash and suspected class A drugs inside.

Arrests and Investigations

The individuals within the vehicle, aged 24, 25, and 30, were arrested on suspicion of possessing criminal property and involvement in supplying class A drugs.

Additionally, the 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the offer to supply class A drugs.

Currently, all men remain in police custody as investigations continue.

Authorities are working to establish further details in connection with the incident, utilizing the contents discovered during the search.
