Three arrested on suspicion of burglary and assault in Hull

Police have arrested three individuals on suspicion of burglary and assault after responding to an incident in Hedon, Hull, early this morning.

The arrests occurred shortly before 5am on 10th April 2026 when officers were called to Allured Garth following a report from a concerned resident.

The caller described hearing suspicious noises before allegedly witnessing four people moving away from the property, one reportedly carrying bolt croppers.

Officers promptly arrived to investigate and quickly intercepted a vehicle containing three people matching the description provided.

The suspects, a 17-year-old boy, an 18-year-old man, and a 19-year-old man, were subsequently arrested on suspicion of burglary dwelling with intent to steal.

While in custody, further searches led to additional charges.

The 17-year-old boy faced arrest on suspicion of possession of class B drugs, while the 19-year-old man was further arrested on suspicion of assault by beating and common assault on an emergency worker.

All three remain in police custody, assisting with ongoing enquiries.
