£170k worth of cannabis found in Scunthorpe house
A Misuse of Drugs warrant was used at an address in Scunthorpe
Cannabis with a street value of over £170 thousand has been seized in Scunthorpe.
Over 200 plants were found during a police operation on Farthing Avenue yesterday (9th December).
A scene guard was in place so the grow could be dismantled.
A police investigation is ongoing as the suspects are yet to be identified.
A Humberside police spokesperson said, "Enquiries remain ongoing to identify those involved, and we would always encourage people with any concerns or information about drugs in their area, to please contact us on our non-emergency number 101.
