Police uncover cash and suspected cocaine in a raid
A 22-year-old man has been charged following a police raid at a property in Mackender Court, Scunthorpe.
Officers executed the warrant under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act on Friday (17 April).
Antonio Delduca, from Mackender Court, faces several charges, including possession with intent to supply class B drugs, possession of a class B drug, possession of criminal property, and handling stolen goods.
He is currently remanded into custody and will appear in court at a later date.
During the operation, officers reportedly seized approximately £1,500 in cash, £5,000 worth of class A drugs suspected to be cocaine, £5,000 in criminal property, a small quantity of class B drugs, tablets suspected to be pregabalin, and an electric bike valued at around £6,000.
A 21-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of involvement in the supply of class A drugs, possession of a class B drug, handling stolen goods, and money laundering.
She has been released under investigation as inquiries continue.
