12-year-old girl seriously injured in Hull traffic collision
A 26-year-old woman has been arrested following an incident on Holderness Road
A 12-year-old girl has been seriously injured following a collision on Holderness Road in Hull this morning, 13th November 2025.
The collision, involving a silver Mercedes E220 convertible and a pedestrian, occurred near the pedestrian crossing between Bilton roundabout and Diadem roundabout at around 7.45am.
Emergency services attended the scene, and the girl was taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening.
A 26-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and remains in police custody while enquiries continue.
Police have reopened the road but are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam or CCTV footage from the time and location to come forward.
