Works at the Bradley Road/Barnoldby Road/Waltham Road junction in Grimsby are currently ahead of schedule, which means the surfacing works will be brought forward.

EC Surfacing now plans to begin the surfacing works on Wednesday, 3 June and aims to be complete by Monday, 8 June. These works will be carried out under night time road closures, between 7pm and 5am. Outside these hours, the road will be fully open. All works are weather permitting.

The local 9/10 bus service will continue to terminate at Cheapside and turn around via Kirk Gate, with normal bus services resuming once the works are complete on Tuesday 9th June. The 11-bus service will continue to operate as normal. Information about the bus diversion routes can be found on Stagecoach’s website: https://www.stagecoachbus.com/regional-service-updates/east-midlands/grimsby-cleethorpes

Access for emergency vehicles will be maintained throughout the works. Although every effort will be made to minimise disruption throughout the works, please be aware some elements will be noisy.

Residents with driveways within the works areas and pedestrians will have access maintained at all times.

Should residents have any concerns or require assistance, please contact EC Surfacing on 01652 657651.
