Four people fined £1000 for fly-tipping in Hull

They dumped waste on Reynoldson Street, Wellsted Street, Cave Street and Tunis Street.

Four people in Hull have been handed £1000 fines for dumping rubbish in different streets across the city.

The council describes fly tipping as "dangerous for health and the environment" is reminding everyone there are free recycling centres to help dispose of waste correctly.

Councillor Charles Quinn, portfolio holder for environment, said: “Fly-tipping is a crime, and we do not tolerate it in Hull."
