Cyclist remains in critical condition after serious incident near Elsham

A 57-year-old cyclist is in a critical but stable condition following an incident on Middlegate Lane, near Elsham.

Emergency services were called around 7.40pm on Thursday, 30th July 2026.

Police said officers attended the scene and the woman was admitted to hospital for treatment to her serious injuries.

An investigation is now underway.

Officers are appealing to anyone who may have knowledge that could aid their investigation to reach out using the non-emergency contact number 101, quoting log number 343 of 31 July.
