Police have dismantled a cannabis grow operation in Hull after discovering 121 plants worth around £60,500 earlier this week.

Officers were alerted to a property on St George’s Road on Tuesday, 14th April, following reports of suspected cannabis cultivation and tampered electrics inside the premises.

The discovery was made by the Kinetic Intervention Team, specialists in executing warrants and forced entries under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

Investigations are ongoing to identify those involved in the operation.

Police encourage anyone with information or suspicions regarding drug production and supply to contact them.
