Appeal for witnesses following incident on bus in Hull

Police are appealing for information following an incident that occurred on the EYMS bus service 57 travelling westbound on Holderness road, near the junction of Bellfield Avenue at around 5.30pm yesterday evening (Friday, 25 July).

It is reported that a passenger fell to the floor as the bus departed from a stop.

Emergency services attended the scene and a 67-year-old woman was taken to hospital for treatment for life-threatening injuries.
