The A63 in the East Riding of Yorkshire is closed westbound, between the A1166 and the A15 (near Hessle), due to flooding, after heavy rainfall.
National Highways Traffic Officers are on scene.
Contractors will be attending to assist in clearing the flood water from the road.
Traffic is being diverted via local routes.
