Trained negotiators brought in after two girls found on top of scaffolding in Loughborough
Two girls were found on top of scaffolding in Baxter Gate, Loughborough, last night.
Trained negotiators have been brought to Loughborough after two teenage girls were spotted on top of scaffolding at around 10:45pm yesterday (14 Aug).
A cordon was put in place in the Baxter Gate area when police responded to welfare concerns. Negotiators engaged with the girls before they came down again.
Two girls, aged 14 and 15, have been arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage and remain in police custody.
The cordon has since been lifted.
