Teenager pleads guilty after Nottingham Primark stabbing

A 17 year old received non life-threatening injuries to the chest on Sunday

A 16 year old boy has pleaded guilty following a stabbing inside a Primark store in Nottingham city centre.

Police were called to the shop in Long Row on Sunday where a 17 year old had received non life-threatening injuries to the chest.

The 16 year old - who can't be named for legal reasons - appeared at Nottingham Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

He admitted two charges of wounding without intent and possession of a bladed weapon in a public place.

The teenager has been granted bail with strict conditions not to enter the city centre.

He is due to be sentenced on March 26th.
