A man has been charged with arson after a fire in a shop in Nottingham, in which three people were injured.

Officers were in Radford Road, Hyson Green, at around 7:40pm when they spotted the blaze at a mobile phone store.
Firefighters rescued three people who were taken to hospital with injuries. They aren't thought to be seriously hurt.
Detective Constable Rebecca Walker, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “The officers who spotted the fire should be commended for their alertness on patrol.
“People were inside the shop at the time so their rapid response may have prevented this incident being even more serious.
“Arson is a reckless offence which can have devastating consequences so I’m pleased a suspect has been placed before magistrates at the earliest opportunity.”
Rani Bro, 35, of Whitemoor Road, has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life and possession of a Class C drug.
He has been remanded in custody until 14 January 2026.
