A teenage boy has been stabbed near a tram stop in Basford, Nottingham.

A teenage boy has been left with several injuries after being stabbed in Basford, Nottingham.
The 16-year-old was attacked on a footpath close to the Highbury Vale tram stop at around 10:45pm yesterday (14 Oct).
The boy was taken to the Queen's Medical Centre with several wounds, which aren't thought to be life-threatening.
Detective Sergeant Robert Palethorpe, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This investigation is in its early stages and officers remain at the scene.
“We would ask anyone who has any information or mobile phone footage about this incident to get in touch.”
