Police are appealing for information after a burglar targeted a house in Radford while the occupiers were asleep upstairs.
An intruder entered the property on Denman Street West at around 1.55am on Saturday 8 March, entering a woman’s bedroom, before fleeing after startling the victim.
The police were called and enquiries found a hairdryer had been stolen.
Nottinghamshire Police have released images of a man they believe will be able to assist their investigation.
Detective Sergeant Frank Guddemi, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“This was a terrifying ordeal for the woman, as well as another woman sleeping in another bedroom who was also woken during the incident.
“Both occupants were thankfully physically unharmed, but were understandably left very shaken by what happened.
“It is vital we trace the burglar and are appealing for the public’s help. We believe the man in these images will be able to assist our investigation and I would urge anyone who recognises him to come forward as soon as possible.”
