Driver dies after collision in Walcote
The driver of a white Volkswagen Passat has died in a collision on the A4304 in Walcote.
It happened on Friday 21 November at 22:40, when the vehicle and a white Nissan Qashqai came together as they were travelling in opposite directions.
Leicestershire Police say the driver of the Volkswagen was seriously injured, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the Nissan driver suffered life-changing injuries and remains in hospital.
Leicestershire Police are asking for any witnesses, including anyone who may have captured dashcam footage of the incident, to contact them via the 101 non-emergency number.
