Man arrested as Derby robbery investigation continues
A suspect was detained following an incident at Millennium Woods
A man has been arrested in connection with a reported robbery in Littleover, a suburb of Derby.
The incident took place at Millennium Woods around 8:20pm last night (Wednesday 15th July 2026).
An 18-year-old man from Derby sustained a minor stab wound to the neck and sought assistance at a nearby pub where an ambulance was called.
He was taken to hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
The suspect, a 19-year-old man from Derby, has been arrested and remains in police custody.
It is believed the two men involved are acquainted.
Police are keen to gather information from anyone who was in the area at the time, particularly those who may possess CCTV or dashcam footage.
