Man critically injured following attack in Leicester
A man is critically injured after being attacked on Silver Street in Leicester.
A man is in hospital with serious injuries after being attacked in Leicester.
It happened on Silver Street at around 1:40am yesterday (25 Oct).
A 33-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent and remains in police custody.
Detective Constable Olivia Palmer from CID said: “We know from our trawl of the CCTV that there were a number of people in the area, and we have spoken to a number of them – thank you to those witnesses we’ve spoken to already.
“I would like to speak to everyone who may have seen something in the moments before and after the assault took place.
“Please contact us with any information, no matter how small you may think it is, I will help our investigation.”
