Missing woman spotted near Newton Stewart as search moves from north east England to Dumfries and Galloway
Missing since 17th September, last seen in Stranraer area
Authorities are seeking information regarding Francesca Giuliani, a 31-year-old woman reported missing from the Northumbria area.
Francesca was last seen on the morning of Sunday, 20th September 2026, in Stranraer and subsequently near Three Lochs Holiday Park in Kirkcowan, Newton Stewart, later the same day.
She has access to a black Kia Ceed motorcar, registration number SF13 VPC.
Francesca is described as white, female, 5ft 3in tall, of medium build, with dark curly hair, and wears glasses.
She has a tattoo of a dragon on her left arm, and what she is wearing is unknown.
