Woman threatens people with knife in Poole town centre

Police in Poole are investigating after a woman's alleged to have threatened people with a knife.

It's reported a man and woman were approached in Lagland Street at around 8.00pm on Saturday (28th December).

The female suspect, who's known to them, made threats to kill the man before walking away.

Detective Sergeant Karen Penn, of Dorset Police, said:

“We are conducting enquiries into this incident and I am keen to hear from any witnesses.

“I would also urge motorists who may have been in the area to please check any dashcam footage from around the relevant time period to see if they have captured anything that might assist our enquiries.

“I would like to make the same plea to residents or businesses in the vicinity with CCTV systems to review their footage for anything of relevance.”
