Tributes paid to woman who died in crash in Dorchester
Catherine Gray is being described as a "fun loving free spirited soul"
The family a woman who died in a fatal road traffic collision near Dorchester are paying tribute to her.
Dorset Police were called to reports at 5.34pm on Wednesday 22 October 2025 of a collision involving a black Kia Niro and a grey Peugeot 107 on the A37 near Maiden Newton.
Emergency services attended and the driver of the Peugeot, 49-year-old Catherine Gray from Weymouth, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her family has issued the following tribute: “Catherine – also known as Cath – was a fun loving free spirited soul who would have helped anyone with anything. She lived for her children who she adored wholeheartedly. She will be sorely missed by all of us family and friends. We will never forget you.”
