Teenage pedestrian injured in Bournemouth fail-to-stop crash
Police are looking to trace a driver involved yesterday (Wednesday 15th January)
A teenager's been injured after being involved in a collision with a vehicle in Bournemouth.
It happened around 5.00pm yesterday afternoon (Wednesday 15th January), at the junction of Shapland Avenue and Finchfield Avenue.
The 18 year old male victim suffered minor injuries - but the vehicle failed to stop at the scene.
There's now an appeal for witnesses and to trace the driver involved.
PC Andrew Kelly, of Bournemouth police, said:
“We are carrying out enquiries into this incident to identify the vehicle involved and I would urge any witnesses or anyone with information that might assist our investigation to please contact us.
“I would also urge anyone who was driving in the area and has dashcam fitted to their vehicle to please check their footage for anything of relevance.”
