Police in Bournemouth have released an image of a man they'd like to identity amid their investigations into the theft of a mobile phone.
Officers say the victim had been in contact with another individual in relation to the sale of his Apple iPhone 16 Max on Facebook Marketplace and the other man attended his address in Tregonwell Road between 12pm and 12.30pm on Tuesday 1 April 2025.
They add while the other man was at the address, he snatched the mobile phone from the victim’s hand and made off from the scene.
Police Constable Chloe Candy, of Bournemouth police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this incident and I am releasing an image of a man I would like to identify as part of our investigation.
“I would urge anyone with information regarding his identity to please contact us.”
