Police seek to identify two men following theft at Southside Funfair

Police are investigating a theft reported at the Southside Funfair in Weymouth, where £1,140 was stolen from two fruit machines.

The theft occurred on Monday, 6th April 2026, between 12.45pm and 2.30pm, according to Dorset Police.

Two men have been captured on CCTV, and officers are seeking help from the public to identify them.

Police Community Support Investigator Jared Sharman, of Dorset Police, said, “We are carrying out enquiries into this incident and have obtained CCTV images of two people we would like to identify as part of our investigation.

"I would urge anyone with information regarding their identities to please contact us."
