Bull dies in early-morning crash on A31

Police were called to the A31 at just after 1AM today (10 June), and we're told a number of people were injured

A bull has died after a crash on a road in Dorset.

Police were called to the A31 at just after 1AM today (10 June), and we're told a number of people were injured.

Luckily, officers say their injuries are not described as serious.

In a statement, Dorset police said: "We were called at 1.06am on Tuesday 10 June 2025 to a report of a collision involving a lorry, a car and a bull on the A31 near to the Sturminster Marshall junction.

"Officers attended and road closures were put in place to allow for the incident to be safely dealt with.

"A number of people attended hospital for treatment to injuries not described as serious, but it is not clear how many people.

"The bull was deceased.

"The road was cleared at around 6.30am."
