Officers were alerted to a property on Holdenhurst Road on Thursday (June 5th), when they found a man who had died in the house.

Initial investigations have found the man was 69-year-old Gary John Hopcroft, who had died at his home address.

Enquiries have found that the death is not being treated as suspicious, with no need for further investigation into his passing.

Chloe Day, from the Coroner's Office, said: "We are not treating the death as suspicious, however we have not been able to locate his next of kin.
