Police request public assistance following an incident at Castlepoint Shopping Centre

Police in Bournemouth are seeking witnesses after a man reportedly took photos of female customers in changing rooms at a city shop.

The incident occurred at H&M in Castlepoint Shopping Centre at 1.08pm on 30th May 2026.

The suspect left the shop after being challenged, Dorset Police confirmed.

Police Sergeant Mark Burton of Bournemouth police said: “We take reports of this nature seriously and are carrying out enquiries into what happened.

“I understand there were a number of people in the shop at the time who may have witnessed the incident and I would urge anyone who has not already come forward to please get in touch.”
