Appeal after report of outraging public decency in Bournemouth

Officers, investigating a report of outraging public decency in Bournemouth, are issuing images of a man they would like to identify.
It was reported that, at around 5pm on Friday 24 July 2026, a man was seen apparently performing an indecent act in a bush on Madeira Road, next to the underpass that leads to Dean Park Road. It is believed he then walked to the town centre.
Police Constable Oliver Gorman, of Bournemouth police, said: “As part of my inquiries, I am issuing an image of a man I would like to identify.
“I would ask anyone who recognises him to please get in touch.
“Also, I am keen to hear from anyone who may have information about the incident and has not already spoken to police.”
