Appeal for information after indecent exposure in Poole

Officers are appealing for witnesses, or anyone with information, to come forward, after a report of indecent exposure in Poole.
A woman aged, in her 50s, was walking at Learoyd Road playing fields, at around 8.25am on Friday 14 August 2026, when she heard a man shouting behind her, near the Darby’s Lane side of the field.
She turned around and saw a man exposing himself and engaging in an indecent act.
The man is described as white, of overweight build and believed to be in his 30s. He was wearing pale blue trousers and possibly a burgundy top.
Police Constable Sian Maynard, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out inquiries into this incident and I am keen to hear from any witnesses, or anyone with information, that might assist our investigation.
“I would also urge residents with home CCTV or doorbell cameras, as well as motorists with dashcam who were in the vicinity around the time of the incidents, to please review any available footage for anything that might assist our enquiries.”
