Appeal for witnesses after fatal moped crash in Christchurch
Police seek dashcam footage following a collision involving a green Vespa

Police are asking for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward after a fatal collision in Christchurch.
The incident happened on 1st February at around 4.55pm in The Grove and involved a green Vespa moped.
The rider of the moped, a man in his 80s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Road closures in the area have been put in place while police conduct an examination of the scene.
Police Sergeant Dave Cotterill, from the Roads Policing Team, is leading the investigation into the incident.
“Our thoughts are with the loved ones of the man who very sadly died," Sergeant Cotterill said.
He continued: "I am carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances of the collision and I would ask any witnesses who have not already spoken to police to please come forward.
"I am also keen to speak with any motorists who were in the area and may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage."
