Appeal after dinosaur exhibit damaged in Christchurch

Police are investigating an incident of criminal damage after a dinosaur exhibit was targeted in Christchurch.

An officer on patrol at around 12.20am on Sunday (2 August) came across damage to the display outside the Regent Centre.

Police Constable Julian Cadwallader, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this incident, including reviewing CCTV and I am keen to hear from anyone who may have information about what happened.

“In particular I would like to hear from two women who were seen in the area at that time and may be able to assist with our enquiries.”
