Police investigating aggressive customer in Poole making threats to kill

Officers are investigating a report from the Three phone shop

Dorset Police are seeking information after receiving a report of a customer becoming aggressive at the Three phone shop on High Street, Poole.

The incident occurred at 3.45pm on Friday 13th February 2026, when the customer allegedly threatened to kill a staff member.

No physical contact was made and no injuries were reported.

The man is described as five feet ten inches tall, with short dark hair.

He was wearing blue jeans, a black top, and a bumbag with red stripes.

Sergeant Mark Rice from Dorset Police stated, “No one deserves to be subjected to abuse in their place of work and we are carrying out enquiries to identify the person responsible.

“I would ask anyone who has information about the incident or the identity of the man involved to please come forward.”
