Police seek information on collision between bicycle and car in Blandford Road

A crash involving a bicycle and a car in Poole has left a cyclist severely injured, prompting authorities to seek witnesses.

The accident occurred at around 4.50pm on 26th February in Blandford Road, near Norton Way.

The cyclist, a man in his 60s, was hospitalised with serious injuries, though they are not considered life-threatening.

Police are urging anyone with dashcam footage or those who witnessed the collision to come forward.

Police Constable Mike Wells of the Roads Policing Team said he is eager to speak to two individuals who may have witnessed the crash.

These individuals include a man near Carters Quay bus stop at the time of the incident and a delivery rider on a moped.
