Appeal after metal stolen and staff threatened at Chesterfield business
Police were called on Tuesday evening to the Broombank Road Trading Estate
Police are appealing for information after metal was stolen and staff threatened at a business in Chesterfield.
It happened at around 6pm on Tuesday (February 25), when three men forced the gate of a firm on the Broombank Road Trading Estate.
They then used a screwdriver to start a forklift and move metal from the yard into a van.
A member of staff who attempted to stop the men was threatened, before the trio left the scene in the Peugeot van.
All were wearing face coverings and gloves.
