Two men arrested in connection with Peter Street stabbing
Police in Workington are calling for witnesses after a man was seriously assaulted and left with suspected stab wounds on Peter Street.
The incident, reported at 12:28am on 29th July 2026, has led to the arrest of two men, aged 40 and 44, suspecting them of grievous bodily harm.
The victim, in his thirties, remains hospitalised with serious injuries.
