Police seek information after man injured in Workington assault
Officers request help from witnesses of Washington Street incident
Authorities are appealing for help from the public after a man sustained serious injuries during an assault in Workington.
The incident occurred on Washington Street at approximately 4:50am on 10th May.
A man was punched by an unidentified assailant and remains in hospital receiving treatment.
The suspect has yet to be identified, and police are conducting extensive enquiries to uncover the circumstances of the attack.
Officers are asking anyone who witnessed the assault or possesses footage relevant to the investigation to come forward.
