A man in his 20s is in hospital after being hit by a bus in Carlisle.
It happened on St Nicholas Street just before eight o’clock last night (19/12).
His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening and police are continuing to look into what happened.
In a statement, Cumbria Police said: "Police were called at 7.58pm last night ( December 19 ) following a report that a pedestrian had been in collision with a bus in Carlisle.
"The collision happened at St Nicholas Street.
"The pedestrian, a man in his twenties, was taken to the Cumberland Infirmary with injuries not thought to be life-threatening at this time.
"Anyone with information can contact police on 101, referring to log 225 of December 19."
