A male pedestrian has died at the scene following a single vehicle collision on the A595.
The incident took place this morning (26 May) at around 3:20am between Whitehaven to Workington.
The collision involved a pedestrian in his twenties and a red Ford Fiesta.
Cumbria Police are appealing for anyone with dashcam footage to come forward to help with their investigation.
